Super Easy Banana Bread


 

Banana bread is quite popular these days. It’s super easy to make, super delicious & you can make it a little bit different every time.


And what would you need?


Ingredients:

-          300g of semi-coarse flour

-          ½ of pack of baking powder

-          a pinch of salt

-          ¼ TSP of cinnamon

-          125g of butter (soft)

-          80g of brown sugar

-          3 eggs

-          4 bananas (the ‘‘brown‘‘ ones)

+ chocolate, walnuts, dried fruit,... (depends on your choice)

 

 

1.       Mix butter with brown sugar, add eggs & mix it again.

2.       Mash bananas, add it to your bowl & mix it.

3.       Add flour, salt & baking powder and mix it once again.

4.       Now it’s time to add chocolate, walnuts, dried fruit, etc. (I’ve used 90% dark Lindt chocolate, walnuts & dried cranberries).

5.       Pre-heat your oven (180°C).

6.       Bake your banana bread for 1 hour.

7.       Let it cool, take it out off your pot.

8.       Slice it & eat it :-)
